Our meat has gone down hill and gotten high as Hell. We tried buying a quarter beef at a time, but had several not so good batches. We have a new local meat shop, but their quality is hit or miss. The best steaks we have had lately have unfortunately been Walmart steaks.

I still try to check in when I can. We are in the process of Moving 108 Miles south of the farm. We are supposed to close on this house in late November. Tammy and the german shepherd are going to the new house Sunday to set up house keeping. I plan to float back and forth.
