Re: Hey Bkeeper

I've looked all over my phone and don't see anything on how to resize. Never had to resize anywhere else. Email the picture to yourself—it will ask you what size you want it to be… small should be fine, medium may be small enough, but might not be, either. When your mail comes, download that versio...

Re: Hey Bkeeper

There is a size limit, you may have to resize. I keep mine under 50k

Re: First Drone Flight

This Summer's Big Project is to rip out and reseed the South half of the front lawn. I've been meaning to do it for a couple of years, but this year the skunks have absolutely destroyed it digging up grubs. That and the fact that it was 90% weeds, plus a HUGE berm of road sand had it looking like he...

First Drone Flight

Well, I managed to download the software, the firmware updates, connect to the drone and actually fly it for a bit. Pretty windy out so I didn't get too adventurous. Did some drills suggested for new fliers, take off, climb to eyeball height, fly in a square - out, right, back, left, back to startin...

I told ya...Today's project

I've done various projects for a local antique dealer making display stands and such. He has an arch made out of tin tubing that he wraps Christmas lights around and sets it in front of his front door for the season. The tin tubing has pretty much rotted completely out and the arch is useless. He wa...

Just curious: what is your “used to be” favorite site? I’m on a few narrow-themed forums (clock repair and welding), but I do miss the old general purpose country living forum. I “met” some great people there. Gun forum called "Sigforum". Ostensibly about SIG firearms, but the "Loung...

This may be Good News, depending on yer point of view...

I just bailed on my favorite website due to repeated disrespect by the tinpot dictator that runs it. It's a shame because there are a great bunch of people there and the depth and breadth of knowledge available is unbelievable, but enough is enough. That means I'll be posting more drivel here. Also,...
