chose your own subject

Post by Sid » Fri Jan 17, 2020 6:21 pm

Been cold wet and windy around here. I see where some of you don't have it as nice. sure wish I could ask Gerritt about the weather in PR. Wonder How Patria is doing. I understand the weather has not been as nice as it could be.

Yeah, PR has had a rough couple of years. Hope Patria is OK.

Winter arrived here yesterday. We've been pretty lucky so far with most days in the high 20's and low 30's and not enough snow to plow.

Got 6" or so yesterday along with single digit temps and 30-40 MPH winds. Haven't plowed or blown snow as it's not all that deep in the important places and it'd just blow back in anyway. Looking at more next week. Had to come sooner or later. Catch a warm-ish day early in the week, I'll break down and put the blowsnower on the Cabota.

Hello, everyone, Sid, fawteen!

Other than a bit scared, I'm unharmed and so is my home. I live in the southern most part of Juncos town which is in the center of the east of the island. Although all of Puerto Rico feel the shakes and tremblings, the damages are taking place on the south west, in the Guayanilla area and surrounding towns.

Here's a short and accurate explanation:

Sid, it's very nice to see you! How are you doing these days?
