Well I'll have to figure out why it says my picture is too large
Hey Bkeeper
Re: Hey Bkeeper
There is a size limit, you may have to resize. I keep mine under 50k
Re: Hey Bkeeper
I've looked all over my phone and don't see anything on how to resize. Never had to resize anywhere else.
Re: Hey Bkeeper
Email the picture to yourself—it will ask you what size you want it to be…small should be fine, medium may be small enough, but might not be, either. When your mail comes, download that version of the picture, and use that one. That’s what I did a little while ago, and it worked perfectly in the other thread.
Good luck!
Re: Hey Bkeeper
THAT'S where I saw that option. I knew I'd seen it, but couldn't find it to save myself.Bkeepr wrote: ↑Mon Apr 24, 2023 3:34 pm

Re: Hey Bkeeper
Nope I don't get any options on size. If I do 2 pictures I have the option of large or actual size. Still too big.
Re: Hey Bkeeper
This is the small one 16x40. I don't think I can get the big one small enough.

Re: Hey Bkeeper
My phone (and I suspect most phones these days) takes very nice pictures, but they're HUGE - 2 or 3 megabytes, if not more.
I usually reduce them to 10% of original size and even then some require further tweaking.

Haha, your “small one” is 13 times the area of my only one!! I can see why you don’t/can’t take the shade cloth on and off for the season.
Thanks for sharing. F14 is right, most phones take photos that are suitable for blowing up to near poster size…far bigger than most folks ever need or use.
