Veterans Administration Clinic

I’m sitting in the waiting room of the Ft Detrick VA clinic, waiting for an appointment. I have to say how impressed I am with the clinic, staff, and the vets who are here. The clinic is clean and efficient, the staff is polite, professional, and friendly in an un-faked sort of way.

The vets are very diverse in age, ethnicity, and gender, but are uniformly polite, friendly, and respectful of the staff.

More public places should be like this!

I see all the same things at the clinic I use. Most of all, they do an excellent job of time management. Never waited past the appointment time and about half the time get in early. VERY pleased with the care.
