…Mini Pearl still standing by the wood stove, talking to a pot of fatback and beans about how she could raise a child with no name without a man that ran away. But man he sure had a pretty smile.

I just took a wild assed guess. Based on your Doctor hint. I dont think I ever ever heard that song. I had to look it up on Google.

Every hear of "Milk cow" Now Milk cow was on the back side of the 45 rpm, the reverse side was pretty popular. Front side was talking about Spirit in something or other.

Some personal history about custard and the second of the seventh cavalry.
I arrived in Saigon in January 1966 and the next day I was signed to the first Calvary division and put on a caribou and flu to the central Highlands. Then assigned to Charlie company second of the seventh cavalry. I was told that Charlie Company was the same company that custard went into the little bighorn with.
Three days later, I was introduced to combat with the North Vietnamese. At the ripe old age of 18 and still growing. I learned what it was like to have somebody in the jungle that was doing the same thing I was there to do and that was hunting human like they were some kind of animal.
The only difference was they were trying to kill me the same as I was trying to kill them. Just a couple of weeks before I got to Charlie company.
Charlie Company went into the idrang battle with 109 men. There was only nine in that company that walked out. More than 50% of those were carried out in body bags.
Please don't thank me for my part in the Vietnam war for two reason one it's 61 years too late and two as an American. I'm ashamed to say that I took part in that war. Americans were trading the lives of American teenagers for dollars that came through the military complex.
I know one of you guys was a canon cocker in that war and I can't tell you how grateful I am for that big gun Support when the North Vietnamese was kicking our ass.
I have to end this rent here because The Bamboo Boogeyman, AKA PTSD, is chewing on my ass.
