I love Mondays! Happy Monday!

After I retired, I realized weekends are the worst days to shop. Every place is crowded, and the worst drivers are all over the road and in a hurry.

But Mondays are great— hardware stores? Empty! Groceries?? Empty! Home Depot??? Empty…and the folks who ARE there look a lot more like me.

I am kinda partial to Tuesdays. That seems to be the slack day here. Also, many of our remaining Mom and Pop restaurants are closed on Mondays.
