A cold wet Spring has been a pain in the ass for a lot of things, but the grass and the flowers are loving it.

I have Clematis growing around the railings on both sides of the front stoop. The one on the North side is gorgeous this year, especially against the Japanese Maple next to it.

The one on the South side has set buds, I hope it does as well. It's a different cultivar with deep purple blooms.

Getting hot and dry around here but the wild flowers aka weeds, are spectacular. The best part is I do not need to water them

Gorgeous!

Paul, how old is the plant?

I'm growing a new pink Mandevilla and as much as I love to see it growing I have been pruning it back to make it bushier and it's working.

Have a nice day everyone!

Don't recall for sure, Patria, but 10 years at least, could be as much as 20.

I'm planting on the ground most of everything that is in containers. I used to have the time to care for those but not any more. When they are planted in the yard the rain and dew takes care of watering them for me. I keep on trying to simplify the maintenance of this house... dunno but it doesn't seem to be getting easier, yet. lol
