Drought broken ( for a couple of weeks)

Post by GeneMO »

We got 7" of rain, over a 6 day period, last week. Wont take long to dry out again. Almost all the corn is planted, and up. Maybe half the soybeans. What little wheat is out there looks good. Sure will help the pasture situation.

Take care everyone, Gene

Rained like heck again today. Up to about 10" now. Water standing in the fields. I am starting to get Replant claims come in.

I can use the work to pay for the Walmart bills.

We've been getting forecasts for "scattered showers" every day for a couple of weeks. Best we've seen is a few sprinkles.

That's fine, we don't really NEED rain just yet, and I've got stuff to do!
