Brain Sandwiches

Since I am on a roll, anyone else like Fried brain sandwiches? I haven't been able to find them anymore, so when we bought our last quarter of beef from the neighbor, I had the locker save them for me. Our local sale barn use to make the best ones. Pan fried hamburger bun. Nice pat of fried brains with onion, dill pickle and mustard. And served right out of the skillet. MMmmmmmm!

Sorry Gene you got me on this. When you talk about eating brain. In my mind I remember rolling over a North Vietnamese soldier and his brain falling out in the sand.
