I couldn't get it either, so I cheated and Googled it. I remember the song now, it was one that a lot of radio stations refused to play back in the day. Let's just say that it had controversial subject matter. I even saw that group in concert many years ago.

I cheated also I heard it on the soundtrack when I went to the premiere of easy Rider in San Francisco many years ago. And even today, I have a CD of that movie soundtrack. That group is one of my favorites right along with Pink Floyd. If a man of fact, I think all of my music in my Apple music library is my favorite. As for the rest of you, the group is called Steppenwolf and the song is called the pusher. I like the way the assassinate the pusher by reason is rent and killing him with the Bible.
