Trying to sell the house

Got two showings this afternoon. I know it has to be done, but what a pain in the ass. Tammy goes on this super clean up mode, even though the house is 95% spotless. drives me nuts, but glad she is doing it. I am tired of tire kickers. Either buy the place, or leave me alone. I am old and grumpy !!
