Navy Fedral Credit Union

I know some of you guys like Navy Fedral Credit Union but Navy Fedral Credit Union apparently don't like me.
They have a good chunk of my money and are unwilling to return it. They have completely blocked me from Internet banking and when I call him on the phone, they hang up on me and I didn't use any bad language. The Filipino version of the BBB won't help because Navy Federal in Virginia and the Better Business Bureau won't help because I live in the Philippines. So the $2000 Navy Fedral Credit Union is slowly being eaten up by Navy Federal's banking fees. I believe that is the reason behind them not closing that account and cutting all my access to my money. That kind of business I would expect from a bank here in the Philippines, but I didn't expect that from Navy Federal Credit Union. I guess I'm just gonna have to write that money off as an education on what kind of people run that financial organization.
