Update on the cancer

Maria is about to get her third radiation treatment. When I first discovered it was about the size in diameter of a tennis ball. Now it's about the size of a quarter. She's got the next treatment do this Tuesday. An appointment to talk to the doctor on Wednesday. Then it's another trip to Cebu on the 20th. The fourth radiation treatment scheduled for the 27th. I was amazed at how fast that tumor shrunk, about 70%. As of today, she still doing pretty good about the radiation side effects. I guess she's tougher than I am.

Well that sounds like good news!

My baby daughter went through 3 surgeries and months of chemo but has been cancer free for 2 years now.

Sounds like excellent news, thanks for sharing. (And yes, I'm pretty sure that women (our age women, that is) are all very much tougher than we men are.)

They can do good things now with cancer. Tammy is about 5 years off of treatments, and so far still clear.
